The lineup

The UNO line is represented by two models, the difference between which only in the height of the stand and the size of the surface for frying. The UNO model is a classic brand, the height of which is 45 centimeters. Summary and compact, it is suitable for cooking, sitting around the manga with a small company of friends. This model is convenient for transportation. Uno weight is only 20 kilograms.

Uno + model is an enlarged version of the Uno mangal, 75 centimeters high. Its parameters allow you to cook food, standing in full growth. Weight Uno + - 26 kilograms. Both models have similar design and manufactured from identical materials.

Bone Bowl

The grill bowl is a steel hemisphere, made of a solid metal plate with a thickness of 3 mm. The processing technology eliminates the welding seams along the entire surface of the bowl of the round manga, which guarantees the durability of the structure and reduces the risks of thermodormation.

Ventilation system

The ventilation system in the bowl is designed to provide continuous circulation of air in the fire of the cup. This allows you to quickly ignore the fire and spend less coal or firewood. The fire bowl is installed on the stand, which is also made of high-strength carbon steel.

Stand

The stand has the shape of a truncated cone, the bottom of which is brewed. This gives it stability, and drives to zero pollution of the site around the barbecue. The stand also includes ventilation holes, which, together with the holes in the cup, are the ventilation system of the manga. It performs several important tasks at once:

  1. Promotes actively entering the air in the bowl for the fire;
  2. Creates an intense craving to make firewood evenly;
  3. Does not allow overheating of the stand, and therefore provides fireproof.

The stand does not overheat from the fire, but it warms the space around the grill, so that it is comfortable to sit comfortably. Inside the stand accumulates ash from burned firewood. The leg is quite spacious - pour ashes and ash no more often than once a month, even if you use the grill regularly.

Surface for frying

The surface for frying the Grill is a UNO is a steel disk, a thickness of 6 mm, slightly concave to the center. Such geometry allows oil residues slowly flush into the bowl and facilitates the process of cleaning the disc after cooking.

The frying surface is installed with three legs on top of the bone bowl. The surface warms up uneven - from 220 to 350 degrees. She is hot to the center, so you can easily control the level of roasting products. The disc coating for frying multilayer and organic, it guarantees a long service life and absolute environmental friendliness. Products cooked on UNO retain taste, quality, structure and benefits.

Grilled spacious surface. It can simultaneously prepare various dishes on the company from six to ten people (depending on the model). In the center of the frying disk, you can install additional accessories: grill grill or ring for the kittel. Instead of the surface itself, it is possible to install a special skeleton stand.

Additional accessories

Additional accessories are the stand that raises any of the nozzles by 10 cm above the fire (this will allow you to freely throw firewood into the fire during cooking), a special protective cover and travel covers in which you can pack the classic UNO model. Complete to each model of the Round Mangala Uno go special steel handles, with which you can easily and safely remove the disk and nozzles.

How to collect or disassemble the uno grill?

The juggle stand is installed on a flat surface, the bolt is fastened from above the bolt. The surface for frying on three legs is placed on the bowl: thanks to deep openings in the legs, the installation is fast, but reliable. After the fire flashes in the cup, the heated disk is lubricated with oil, and the surface is ready for cooking.

Care

To clear the roasting surface after cooking, you do not need special means. A fairly special spatula of scraping the remains of food and oil into the campfire bowl, then again apply oil to the disk and rub it with a dry cloth.

Get rid of ash, too, just. It is necessary to remove the surface for frying, unscrew the bolt using steel handles and remove the bowl. Next, pour out ashes and collect the brazier again.
