Conditions for the return of good quality goods:

  • In accordance with the law, you can return an item within 14 days after purchase. After 14 days, the store decides whether to accept the item back, at its discretion.
  • If you want to return a product for subjective reasons (for example, it does not meet your expectations, did not like the color, style, size, etc.), while the quality of the product and the characteristics of the product meet the stated requirements.
  • The returned goods must be of proper quality, that is, the goods have not been in use, their presentation, consumer properties, packaging, seals, labels have been preserved (in accordance with the article of the "Law on Consumer Protection"). Goods of good quality are accepted for return in the packaging in which the Client received it upon delivery. Used goods will not be accepted for return.

Conditions for the return of defective goods:

Before the return / exchange of goods, an examination is necessarily carried out in the service center of the manufacturer's brand. The cost of additional verification (examination) of the quality of the goods is paid by the seller (manufacturer). If, as a result of the inspection (examination) of the goods, it is established that there are no defects in the goods or arose after the transfer of the goods to the consumer due to violation of the established rules of use, storage or actions of third parties or force majeure, the consumer is obliged to reimburse the seller (manufacturer) for the costs of the inspection (examination) , as well as the costs associated with its implementation of the transportation of goods.

Terms of refund:

Refunds are made at the expense of the Seller no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the Seller's warehouse with a preliminary confirmation of the return.
  • by cash payment: at the pickup point on the day of return of the Goods to the address: Kharkov, st. Iskrinskaya, 37.
  • return to the plastic card with which the payment was made.
* The method of refund is indicated by the Client, is selected taking into account the rules of Ukrainian legislation and the rules of the company In case of non-cash payment, the refund of funds to the Client is carried out only after confirmation of the return by the Seller within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Goods. Products for the manufacture of goods:

Unobbq has its own finished product warehouse and will send the goods immediately after receiving a prepayment. If the goods are not available, our consultant will notify you in advance about it. In this case, the delivery time of products is 10 working days.

Return of goods occurs according to the "Consumer Protection Act".
